If a transaction has been completed by you for VOD (Video on Demand) or PPV (Pay Per Video) contents on our app, and money has been charged to your card or bank account but you unable to watch the content, we will provide 100% refund if your final decision is to refund and not to watch the content.You can simply email or contact us at the details given in the contact us section and the refund process will be initiated within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation are accepted if,

For yearly subscriptions-if you inform or contact us within 24 hours of your transaction/subscription start time.

Cancellation are not accepted if,

For yearly subscriptions-If you had watch any content from the time you bought the subscription ,than you cannot claim any cancellation.

There is no cancellation for Pay per video services.
